Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us before 05:00 PM (EST) on the same day of your purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility if the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong size or item ordered)

Are your products true to size?

Yes, our clothing is designed to be true to size. However, sizing may vary slightly by style. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for the most accurate fit.
